Meet the Founder.

Over the past 3 years she founded Athlon Family Office a sports private equity firm that mentors’ professional athletes on financial literacy, strategic direct investments, family legacy and generational wealth. She recently partnered with the Gronkowski Family (Gordy Sr. Gordie Jr, Rob, Glenn, Dan, and Chris) investing in Smith Arenas joining their family brands of Gronk Fitness, Ice Shaker, Vivenu, Vue and Go Green Lane healthy foods to their sports franchise deals.

Legends Advocates Sports Group is a sports consortium that is comprised of three family offices; 1. Adi Dassler International Family Office ​(ADIFO), 2. Athlon Family Office, and 3. New World Development Group with Rob Fitzpatrick, Johnny Bench, Dick Newton, John Rotche Family Office and other business partners.

De Anna started her career in finance with Citibank in the 1980’s. She moved into the mortgage lending industry as an Account Executive for banks and mortgage lenders. In 2004 she left the corporate banking world to start Vinecrest Mortgage.

For the past 7 years, De Anna has donated her time to a healing house counseling women, men and families with emotional and physical abuse issues, addictions, and diseases. Through her work, she has created a tool she calls “Echoes.” This tool is effective in breaking destructive financial and relationship cycles. Negative mindsets you have about yourself and situations. “Echoes” can also be applied to breaking down brick walls in your business and personal life, creating new pathways of communication with others, and the endless array of challenges with which you are faced.

While at a Private Family Office summit she and a couple of other powerful women were sitting around a table listening to several women going through struggles personally and professionally. They wanted to know how she and the other two women balanced business, family, and husbands. For weeks after this conference those conversations haunted De Anna so she reached out to the other two women to discuss creating a platform that is “For Women By Women” who have been there, done that, and wore the t-shirt. This is how ELLE was birthed for you to empower you and thrust you forward to your true, passionate, and confident women.

De Anna’s wish for you as you embark on this journey:

My wish for every woman at this conference is that all the barriers that hold you back will be torn down, that every cycle you can’t resolve you will find a solution, and every dream you want to fulfill will be given flight! Every negative thought about yourself and circumstance will be purged from your mind and you will have new eyes to see a stronger, more powerful you. My hope is that every experience you have emotionally “numbed” and the daily routines that have “dulled” your life, will now pierce the morning dawn and become awakened and alive. I want to see each and every one of you leave this conference forever changed, envisioning new possibilities and creating new relationships in a confident and loving atmosphere. Let us affirm that we as women will lock arms together to change this world, be inspirations to others and create a loving, nurturing environment in which to live.
