MISSION STATEMENT
ELLE Family Office Network’s mission is to radically impact, change and touch the lives of women around the world by inspiring their souls to go higher than they ever thought imaginable. By providing inspirational summits and unique networking opportunities and platforms, women will be given powerful tools that will promote inner healing for their professional breakthroughs, break destructive cycles and attitudes that hinder their progress and forge positive pathways of perception and thoughts that will catapult them to greater heights.
VISION STATEMENT
Our vision is to see women from around the world come together to create new businesses, new technologies as well as new financial programs to inspire pure creativity in each other that will change and influence the world with “One Voice and One Heart.”
We all have had defining moments in our personal and business lives where we hit brick walls, glass ceilings, and barriers we have struggled to break through. No matter what strategies or tools we used in the past, we have come to a moment and recognized the ways of yesterday may not work for today. Each of us have had those dark moments where we have grasped for anything and everything to thrust forward, but nothing seemed to work.
Today is a “New Day” for you! Your “now” requires a new way of processing your situations and looking deep into yourselves, to calibrate new ideas and hit the reset button to try again. We all have come to a place where our own mind-sets and cycles of behavior have become non-productive and have prevented us from breaking through these painful barriers.
Ladies, can we agree that we have serious trust and control issues that have affected every relationship in our lives? The more successful we are, the more we distrust and try to control every area of our lives. Let me tell you how liberating it is not to have to control every little detail. We don’t have to be Super-Mom, Super-Wife, Super-Boss, Super-CEO or Do-It-Myself Jenny!
In the 80’s and the 90s’s the slogan was “Women are doing it for themselves!” This is the greatest lie! Women around the world embraced this philosophy wholeheartedly to the point of total burn out, business and personal life fatigue, neglecting themselves (and sometimes even their families) to the point of catastrophic consequences.
Ladies, the TRUTH is we can’t do it all by ourselves! We can’t be everything to everyone! We all have strengths and weaknesses. Where I am weak, you are strong and together locking our arms together, we make the perfect Womanhood! I don’t want to make it to the top of the summit alone. I want to hold the hand of my sister who will make my impossible vision possible because she chose to come alongside me!
How are we going to do it? That’s a great question!
With the power of one-word. Breaking the E.C.H.O.E.S from our minds, our past, our emotions, and our body! You ask what is E.C.H.O.E.S?
ECHO in Greek means sound and voice. Echo is a repeated sound or reverberation of an original sound that continues even after the original sound has stopped.
E.C.H.O.E.S means to “Eradicate destructive Cycles attached to Harmful mindsets that have created Obstacles that are Encroaching upon your Success!” The meaning of these words have power:
Eradicate – destroy completely; put an end to.
Cycles – a series of events that are regularly repeated in the same order.
Harmful – causing or capable of causing harm; injurious: inimical, unhealthy, noxious, catastrophic, unsafe, pernicious, adverse, bad, disastrous, detrimental, painful, sinful, toxic, disadvantageous, ruinous, destructive, damaging, risky, baleful, baneful.
Obstacles – a thing that blocks one’s way or prevents or hinders progress.
Encroaching – to advance beyond proper, established, or usual limits; make gradual inroads.
Success – a person or thing that achieves desired aims or attains prosperity.
When I received the revelation of E.C.H.O.E.S. I began to institute it as an effective tool to break cycles in my own life and in the lives of many others. I saw successful women and men who suffered deeply from childhood traumas, abuse, fears, low self-esteem, rejections, and betrayals. I watched them begin to receive healing and experience victories in their personal and business lives. This tool will liberate and empower you to bring forth new and creative ideas.
ELLE Summits is the platform where you can share your business with other women and where you can financially and emotionally support other women who can take your business to the next level.
You can even start a new endeavor if you so choose, with a group of women in your own creative think tank round table!
ELLE Network and Summits are two-fold; 1.) Discuss challenges that women in leadership, executives, and CEO’s face, and 2.) Strengthen who we are.
Educational and motivational leaders will share their stories to inspire you to never give up, to grab hold of their hands and ascend the mountain together.
Innovative round tables and think tanks will be offered to you to raise capital. You will have the opportunity to meet and pitch your ideas to investors in our interactive environment that is non-threatening and not intimidating. Creative platforms will be available to you to discuss with other like-minded women, radical innovative ideas that will impact people and their communities across the globe. You will have a platform for your voice to be heard as well as share your inspirational story with tools and books to bring to light alternative pathways in which to take when you are at the crossroads. Most importantly, you will have a platform where women can ask other women “How did you do it?”, “How did you overcome those odds?” because this is a platform for “Women by Women.” It will be a powerful networking platform for you to connect with other women who have been there, done that, and have worn the T-Shirt!
